So simple...dark, milk, white, even chocolate chips will do! You can use a pastry bag, but I simply melted chocolate in a zip lock bag in the microwave (slowly, 10-15 seconds at a time...massage and squeeze the bag each time until chocolate is just melted). Use sturdy bag; cheap/flimsy ones can burst the seams. Snip off a tiny corner of the bag. Pipe desired shapes onto wax paper -- on a plate, cookie sheet, etc. Refrigerate until very firm. Carefully peel off wax paper and gently transfer to...whatever!
