Southern Hospitality Lemon Bars

Mix:
1 C flour
1/2 C butter, softened
1/4 C powdered sugar
Press into 8x8" pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 350°.

While crust bakes, mix:
2 eggs
1 C sugar
4+ Tblsp lemon juice
2 Tbls flour
1 tsp finely grated lemon rind

When crust is done, quicly wisk 1/2 tsp baking powder into lemon mixture. Pour lemon topping over crust; bake 25 minutes. Cool. Dust with additional powdered sugar.
