Simplest bruschetta...
sliced bread, rubbed with garlic, drizzled with olive oil, toasted, then topped with fresh sliced tomatoes, lightly seasoned with salt and pepper

Deliciously enhanced with...
a drizzle of balsamic glaze
a slice of fresh mozzarella
fresh basil
