Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2/3 C butter, softened
2 tsp lemon juice
4 C powdered sugar
optional: food coloring
Directions: Cream
together butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in lemon
juice (and food coloring, if desired) and powdered sugar.
For a delicious non-citrus cream cheese icing, simply substitute vanilla instead of the lemon juice.
